Solutions4Logistics is a Swiss company offering consulting, coaching, and logistics license training (e.g. preparation for ASTAG transport license). Their site blends educational content, course enrollment, consulting services, and corporate branding.
About the project
With course listings, “My Courses” dashboard, service pages, and multilingual / client areas, the aim was to create both a trustworthy corporate presence and a functional learning portal for users wishing to take logistic certification courses.
What had to be solved
- Combining corporate services (consulting, transport licensing) with an eLearning platform in one coherent site without confusing visitors.
- Handling course registration, enrollment, content access, and payments seamlessly.
- Designing and implementing frontend interactions (sliders, transitions, dynamic
- content) in a performance-friendly way.
- Ensuring database and backend logic manage user data, course progress, and payment transactions reliably.
- Optimizing load with many dynamic elements (sliders, images, scripts) and integrating external APIs (fonts, etc).
- Maintaining responsiveness across all device types so users can enroll or browse courses from mobile, tablet, and desktop.
How it was built
- Built a dual-purpose site: corporate pages for consulting & services plus LMS sections for courses, with unified design through Elementor and custom templates.
- Integrated LearnPress / LMS plugin for course creation, user enrollment, lesson access, progress tracking, and payment handling via WooCommerce.
- Used Swiper sliders and transitions for hero banners, course carousels, service showcases, with lazy loading & optimized settings to maintain speed.
- Employed jQuery & core-js for micro-interactions (hover effects, asynchronous UI updates) while keeping scripts modular and deferred where possible.
- Developed backend PHP + MySQL logic to manage user accounts, course enrollment, payment history, and content permissions.
- Optimized performance by controlling fonts (via Google Fonts API), minimizing CSS/JS, deferring non-critical scripts, and compressing media assets.
- Ensured full responsiveness: tested across device sizes, refined breakpoints, and ensured that interactive components (sliders, modals, course access) work well on touch devices.

- Delivered a unified platform that supports both the consulting/branding side and the educational/training side of the business.
