About the project

What had to be solved

• Organizing many tech courses across different categories (ASP.NET, Web Design, Android, etc.) in a way that users can easily browse, filter, and choose.
• Integrating purchase workflows and course access control so that only enrolled users get to see the course content.
• Enabling smooth interactivity (animations, transitions, hover effects) via jQuery / core-js without hurting site performance.
• Managing theme settings / client customization via Redux without breaking the layout.
• Supporting SEO requirements (meta tags, optimized URLs) without interfering with course access or dynamic content.
• Handling database operations (MySQL) reliably for user course enrollments, progress tracking, purchases, etc.
• Ensuring responsive behavior across devices, especially for course listings, lesson pages, and interactive elements.

How it was built

• Created custom Elementor templates for course catalogs, category pages, instructor pages, featured course banners, and enrollment pages.
• Integrated WooCommerce / LMS payment modules to allow users to purchase courses, with gating logic so only enrolled users see course content.
• Built interactivity and subtle animations using jQuery & core-js (e.g. hover effects, dynamic filtering, course previews) while deferring nonessential scripts and optimizing for performance.
• Set up a Redux Framework based theme options panel so the client can control colors, banners, course promotion settings, etc., without code edits.
• Configured SEO plugin (Yoast or similar) to manage meta tags, canonical tags, sitemaps, structured data, course schema markup.
• Developed PHP & MySQL backend routines to handle user registration, course enrollment status, progress tracking, and content delivery logic.
• Optimized the site for speed: compressing assets, lazy loading images, minifying CSS/JS, deferring scripts, and ensuring the layout is responsive across all devices.

• Delivered a full-featured eLearning platform where users can browse, enroll, and consume tech courses seamlessly.
• Course discovery, filtering, and browsing experience improved, making it easier for users to find relevant content.
• Client-side options (via Redux) empower the site owner to update visual settings without developer support.
