Training Que is a professional development and certification-focused eLearning platform.
About the project
It provides a range of online courses in categories such as Business & Entrepreneurship, Workplace & Professional Development, Health & Safety, Technology & Data, and Communication & Marketing. In addition to traditional courses, it offers coaching/mentoring services and digital downloadables. The goal was to build a site that looks professional, is easy to navigate, and delivers both educational content and certification in a trustworthy, accessible way.
What had to be solved
- Organizing many course categories and offerings so that users can find what they need without confusion.
- Integrating certification workflows (taking courses, assessments, getting credentials) alongside coaching and digital content.
- Managing access and downloads, making sure only authorized members can access certain content or obtain certificates.
- Ensuring fast performance, especially with media, downloads, and many dynamic elements.
- Making the site fully responsive so it works well on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
How it was built
- Structured the navigation & menus by category to let users browse courses easily (Business, Tech, Health & Safety, etc.).
- Set up LMS tools + certificate issuing features to handle course completion, credentials, and assessments.
- Built a digital downloads section for resources, plus coaching services, with user permissions and secure access control.
- Optimized site speed (image optimization, lazy loading, efficient scripts, caching) to maintain usability even with heavy content.
- Designed with responsive UI using Elementor, custom CSS, and tested on multiple device sizes and browsers.
