What had to be solved

• Structuring an Enormous, Expanding Asset Library: Safely hosting and managing over 100 masterclasses with monthly content injections without causing interface overload or confusing platform layout architecture.
• Harmonizing Incompatible Content Spheres: Presenting deeply emotional, psychological coaching methodologies right alongside highly strategic digital marketing structures in a unified, professional manner.
• Frictionless Multi-Device Streaming Overheads: Creating an agile frontend infrastructure capable of rendering heavy instructional materials and download pipelines cleanly on desktops, tablets, and smart televisions.
• Optimizing Low-Barrier Lead Capture Paths: Converting hesitant, low-intent traffic into paying subscribers through micro-investment tiers (€1 trial setups) that demand absolute payment processing fluidity and structural transparency.
• Combining membership, subscription tiers, and LMS (LearnDash) into a seamless user journey.
• Designing a dark-mode interface that’s visually striking but still accessible (readability, contrast, etc.).
• Presenting content (courses, live sessions, community features) in a Netflix-like grid without making the page too cluttered.
• Ensuring smooth performance across devices and browsers given the heavy media content, custom layouts, and dynamic elements.
• Securely managing user roles, subscription payments, and protected content.

How it was built

• Intuitive Knowledge Taxonomy Design: Built a highly organized dashboard layout dividing courses systematically into "Coaching Skills" and "Business Growth" categories using scannable submenus and search vectors.
• Minimalist, High-Trust Visual Strategy: Developed a clean, calming aesthetic using strong typography, transparent pricing structures, and prominent social proof metrics (member success text sliders and UNLP brand verification badges) to build immediate confidence.
• Unified, Transparent Subscription Pipelines: Tailored a modern checkout grid that strips away redundant input fields, explicitly presenting locked-in pricing terms and seamless iDEAL / Bancontact integrations.
• Advanced Code & Media Decoupling: Implemented robust video caching systems and decoupled large learning assets to prevent concurrent platform traffic from impacting underlying site responsiveness.
• Integrated LearnDash for course delivery, paired with membership/subscription plugin(s) to manage access tiers.
• Built custom dark mode styling (via CSS/JS) and carefully tuned contrast / typography so text and UI remain legible.
• Used Elementor to build a visually rich grid and card-style layout similar to Netflix, with custom templates for courses and archives.
• Optimized images, lazy loading, and minimized scripts/CSS assets to reduce load time. Tested across major browsers & devices.
• Implemented secure payment gateway integration and role-based access controls to ensure only paid members can access premium content.
