Kaleidoscope Plus is a UK-based nonprofit providing support, counseling, and community services. Their website needed to serve multiple roles: providing information about services, accepting donations, showcasing resources, enabling media galleries, and offering eCommerce / shop elements (merchandise or resource sales). The goal was to create a clean, accessible, and community-oriented site that balances content, visuals, and interaction without overwhelming visitors.
Challenges
- Presenting varied content (service pages, resources, blog, donation/shop) in a way that’s intuitive and consistent.
- Building responsive image galleries and media displays that are smooth and performant (PhotoSwipe).
- Handling uploads or file interactions (e.g. resource uploads, media submissions) through Dropzone without confusing UI.
