What had to be solved
- Complex Service Segmentation: Designing an interface that neatly balances four distinct educational pathways (Personalized 1-1 Tutoring, Live Prep, Pre-recorded video courses, and Summer programs) without overwhelming users.
- Tiered Membership / Subscription Management: Setting up a flexible, error-free checkout process where parents can buy monthly packages (e.g., the Gold Plan offering 8 classes/month shareable between siblings) at custom pricing thresholds.
- Teacher Recruitment & Marketplace Onboarding: Creating a frictionless frontend application pipeline for independent tutors to submit credentials and apply to teach without exposing the native WordPress backend area.
- Performance Control Under Diverse Loads: Keeping media-heavy layout elements, lesson navigation panels, and interactive pricing tables quick and fully operational on tablets and mobile phones across Latin American mobile networks.

- Modular Front-End Organization: Structured the platform with highly visual, distraction-free landing zones and clean product comparison grids using Elementor Pro, clearly funneling users by their specific academic needs.
